Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before final payment. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices applicable to an order that has already been placed and confirmed will not be altered.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS. This confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, which occurs only when the products are dispatched.

5. Payment Terms

We offer secure online payment methods through our integrated payment gateways (including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch products through reliable logistics partners across India. Shipping timelines and fees depend on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline of 3-7 business days, delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Shree Raj Exports shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other forces beyond our control.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order only before it has been processed and dispatched. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. 8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the highly perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, you must report it to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and items. Upon validation, we will process a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Raj Exports, its partners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.
