In Surat, food is not just something you eat it’s a feeling people live.
From crunchy puris to spicy aromas, every bite is full of joy and memories shared with friends.

But this joy often came with one concern hygiene.

Two friends who loved Surti flavours faced this problem every day. They enjoyed pani puri, aloo puri, and khausa, but the roadside experience made them hesitate.

Instead of ignoring it, they thought of a simple idea
what if people could enjoy the same authentic taste, but in a clean and trusted way?

In 2013, that idea turned into Shree Raj Khausa.

We knew people love street food, but hygiene is always a concern. So, we focused on creating recipes that keep the original Surti taste alive while following high standards of cleanliness and quality.

From Butter Khausa to Cheese Aloopuri, every dish is made with one goal in mind great taste, without any compromise.
